Short-term International Group Travel Medical Insurance Overview (for Missionaries)

Outreach Group Travel Medical Insurance:

Outreach Group Travel Insurance is an international travel medical insurance program designed to provide coverage to missionaries or church groups who are five persons or greater in size and will be traveling together. It covers persons who are traveling to a destination that is not the country of citizenship of any of the traveling members, and that is NOT the United States.

The following are requirements for obtaining Outreach Group Travel Medical Insurance.

• Each group must have 5 or more members.
• The group must fill out the Enrollment Form with information on the Sponsoring Organization.
• The group must fill out a Census Form with information on each Group Member.
• The group needs to calculate their premium and select the desired payment mode.
• Mail or fax the above information to IIG at the address or fax number at the bottom of this page.
